Open Tender For Manufacturing Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) Casing for Magnetic Generator

Sustainix Renewable is seeking qualified suppliers to manufacture a high-quality Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) casing for our magnetic generator. The casing must meet stringent specifications to ensure durability, thermal stability, and mechanical strength.

Scope of Work The supplier will be responsible for:

  • Manufacturing PEEK casings according to the provided design specifications.

  • Ensuring the casings meet all required standards for thermal stability, mechanical strength, and chemical resistance.

  • Conducting quality assurance tests to verify compliance with specifications.

  • Delivering the finished products within the agreed timeline.

Technical Specifications

  • Material: Polyetheretherketone (PEEK)

  • Dimensions: [Provided in tender documentation]

  • Thermal Stability: Must withstand continuous use at temperatures up to 260°C (500°F)

  • Mechanical Strength: High strength and stiffness

  • Chemical Resistance: Resistant to a wide range of chemicals
